Yoga at the Farm

Yoga at Liberty Way Farm

Enjoy yoga this summer at the farm. Join me for a weekly yoga practice in the barn at Liberty Way Farm. Whether you are new to yoga, or an experienced practitioner, this is a fun class designed to help you learn and grow.

Discover the power of yoga. Each week we will explore various poses (or asanas) to gain strength and find inner peace, both on and off the mat. Learn how yoga can be a wonderful way to soothe the body, calm the mind, and nourish the soul. This class will offer a perfect blend of gentle movement, deep stretching, and mindful breathing.

It is also a great way to connect with others and enjoy the tranquility of being on a farm, in the country.

All levels of experience are welcome, and classes are beginner friendly.

Meet Your Guide - Catherine

I’m so honored to be able to help guide you through this yoga journey together. I’ve been teaching yoga for over 6-years, and practicing even longer. I love helping people learn and experience the many benefits of yoga - both on and off the mat.

I’ve personally learned so much all my years of both practicing and teaching. As we practice together, I’m learning along side of you.

My goal is to make this experience as enjoyable as possible. I promise I will do my best to make you smile at least once during class - after all, it’s just yoga.

If you want to learn more about me and Inner Peace Warrior - pop on over to my “About Me” page. Or, we can chat when I met you on the mat!
