Retreat Policies & Disclaimers

Deposit & Payment Policy

To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required for a weekend pass, or $100 for the Saturday pass upon confirmation of registration. The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your retreat. Final payment will be due in full, no later than 15-days prior to the retreat.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation of your reservation must be made in writing/email up to 3 weeks prior to the event date and will be refunded in full less your non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made in less than 3-weeks of the retreat date, will not be refunded.

Horse Sense Equine Guidance

The host facility, Horse Sense Equine Guidance, is a nature oasis with animals. Upon arrival there will be a waiver to sign stating that by choosing to enter the site, participants willingly assume all inherent risks involved on the property and in any activities. Please also note that as this is hosted on a farm, accessibility may be limited for some.

Additional Disclaimers

A minimum number of participants are required to run this retreat. In the event we are unable to run the retreat, you will be provided with as much notice as possible along with a full refund. Group size will also be limited for the most powerful and intimate experience. You must be at least 19 years of age or older to attend. No prior experience is required.
