Life can be overwhelming, and it’s easy to neglect self-care in the hustle of everyday life. This class offers a much-needed pause to reset your mind, body, and spirit. Combining the gentle support of restorative yoga with the calming energy of Reiki, you will be provided with a beautiful relaxing experience.
Get cozy with lots of blankets and support with bolsters, while being gently guided into restful postures. Sink into a deep state of relaxation as Reiki energy soothes and heals you, helping your body activate its natural healing processes. You’ll leave feeling renewed, grounded, and ready to take on the week ahead.
Class Details
Dates: March 23rd
Time: 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Location: Mountain Wellness Centre Studio - 437 Concession St, Hamilton, ON
Cost: $50 each or bring a friend for $45 each
Experience Level: Open to all levels—no prior yoga or Reiki experience required. Must be at least 16 years of age or older to attend.
What to Expect
Gentle Movement & Stretching: The class begins with light stretches to awaken your body and prepare it for rest.
Restorative Yoga: Relax into supported postures held for 8-12 minutes, designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system (your “rest and digest” mode).
Reiki Healing: Experience hands-on or hands-off Reiki from a skilled Reiki Master and Yoga Instructor, enhancing the healing benefits of your practice.
Meditation: The class begins and ends with a grounding meditation to connect you to your breath and body.
Cozy Atmosphere: All props, including mats, blankets, and bolsters, are provided so you can simply arrive and unwind.

I’m so honored to be able to help guide you on your healing journey. As a yoga teacher for the last 7+ years, I love helping people learn and experience the many benefits of yoga - both on and off the mat. Especially sharing the many benefits of a restorative practice.
As a Reiki Master Practitioner and Mind-Body Coach and Somatic Practitioner, working with the body to support healing is my passion. By combing these together, I can really support you in finding the inner peace and clarity you’ve been seeking.
My goal is to make this experience as enjoyable as possible. If anything I will do my best to make you smile at least once during class - after all, it’s just yoga.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should a class be cancelled for any reason, it will be announced via email to those who have pre-registered. A make up date or alternative option will be provide. Refunds are not provided for missed classes. At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel your registration.
