A Gentle Outdoor Yoga Experience to Reconnect with Your Body, Breath & Inner Wisdom
Step away from the noise of everyday life, breath deeply in nature and move your body with intention, all while being surrounded by the calming presence of horses.
Grounded with Horses is a unique yoga experience that blends gentle yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness practices in a beautiful outdoor setting.
Held weekly starting June 30, these outdoor yoga classes are designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body, without pressure, expectations, or the need to be “good” at yoga. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking for a deeper, more mindful practice, you are welcome here.
No yoga experience needed. No flexibility required. Just bring yourself exactly as you are.

Class Details

Begins: June 30th and runs weekly until September 15th
Time: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Location: Vintage 68 - 68 Misener Rd., Brantford, ON
Investment: $25 a class, inc. HST
Spots are intentionally limited to create a more intimate and supportive experience.
Each outdoor yoga class includes:
Gentle yoga movement suitable for all levels
Mindful breathing practices
Somatic awareness exercises
Guided relaxation and grounding
Time to pause, reflect, and reconnect
The calming presence of horses and nature
Classes are held outdoors, allowing you to experience yoga in nature and reconnect with the rhythm of the natural world.
Please bring:
Your yoga mat
Water
Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor movement
Layers or a blanket depending on weather
No horse experience needed. This is a no-pressure, heart-centered gathering that is open to all.
Spaces are limited for an intimate group experience.

Yoga in Nature with the Healing Presence of Horses
A unique opportunity to practice alongside horses
There is something deeply grounding about being in nature and experiencing the quiet presence of horses.
During each class, the horses will be nearby in their field, offering their calming energy as we move, breathe, and reconnect.
The horses may choose to interact, or they may simply graze nearby and be part of the experience.
There is no expectation and no forced interaction.
This is an opportunity to experience the gentle power of horse healing — allowing the peaceful energy of these animals and the natural environment to support your own journey inward.

Catherine Henry Owner & Founder Inner Peace Warrior
Catherine has been teaching yoga since 2017 and has always believed yoga is about so much more than the poses. She believes it’s about creating a deeper relationship with yourself.
Her classes combine gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and body awareness to help you slow down, release tension, and feel more grounded.
As a mind-body coach, Reiki practitioner, and wellness facilitator, Catherine creates supportive spaces where everyone is welcome, whether you’re stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time or deepening your existing practice.
Grounded with Horses is a reflection of her love for yoga, nature, horses, and helping others reconnect with their own inner wisdom.
